BIM在预应力密肋空心楼盖的碰撞研究

摘要 建筑楼盖作为主要的水平构件,在没有支撑结构柱支撑的时候,钢筋混凝土结构的抗拉能力较弱,通过在内部设置预应力筋,在一定程度上提高钢筋混凝土的抗拉力和承载力,保证钢筋混凝土结构的稳定性。但是在施工过程中,预应力筋的设计排布经常会出现碰撞问题。针对上述问题,以宝清县文化创意中心为工程背景,对建筑楼板内部的预应力筋排布进行分析,利用BIM软件建立预应力筋模型,通过模型的碰撞分析模拟并结合,给出楼盖预应力筋的碰撞点的详细情况,快速、准确地进行方案调整。 As the main horizontal component of the building floor, the tensile strength of the reinforced concrete structure is weak when there is no supporting structure column. By setting prestressed tendons inside, the tensile force and bearing capacity of reinforced concrete can be improved to a certain extent to ensure the stability of reinforced concrete structure. However, in the process of construction, collision problems often occur in the design and arrangement of prestressed tendons. In view of the above problems, taking Baoqing Cultural and Creative Center as the engineering background, this paper analyzes and discusses the arrangement of prestressed tendons in the building floor, and establishes the model of prestressed tendons using BIM software. Through the collision analysis and simulation of the model, the details of the collision point of floor prestressed tendons are given, and the scheme is adjusted quickly and accurately.
