水电站调速器油泵控制方式与应用研究

摘要 调速器是水电站水轮发电机的重要辅助设备,其与电站二次回路或微机监控系统相配合,完成水轮发电机组的开机、停机、增减负荷和紧急停机等任务。因此,调速器压油槽压力稳定,能保证调速器正常运行,对水电站安全运行具有重要意义。该文介绍调速器油泵运行原理,提出运行中存在的问题,制定调速器油泵控制方案。结果表明,研究方案不仅能消除发电机组的安全隐患,还能创造经济效益,可为类似机组提供参考。 The governor is an important auxiliary equipment of the hydrogenerator of the hydropower station, which cooperates with the secondary circuit or microcomputer monitoring system of the power station to complete the tasks of start-up, shutdown, load increase and reduction, emergency shutdown and so on. Therefore, the pressure of the pressure tank of the governor is stable, which can ensure the normal operation of the governor, which is of great significance to the safe and economic operation of the hydropower station. In this paper, the operation principle of governor oil pump is introduced,the problems existing in operation are analyzed, and the control scheme of governor oil pump is worked out. The results show that the research scheme not only solves the safety hidden danger of generator set, but also creates economic benefits,thereby can provide reference for relevantfields.
