公路沥青路面施工技术及质量控制策略探究 被引量:6

摘要 沥青路面具有较强的耐压性、防滑性和稳定性,与行业中的相关规范标准较为吻合。然而从目前的实际情况来看,在外界天气、环境和内部制度、理念和体系等因素的影响下,沥青路面在施工技术上还存在着一定的弊端和问题,虽然很多项目顺利完成施工并投入了使用,但对路面上行驶的车辆和通行的居民都会造成较大的安全隐患,因此,施工单位应不断优化路面的各项施工技术,对其施工进行严格的质量控制,保证其质量达标。该文从做好公路沥青路面施工质量控制工作的重要意义、公路沥青路面施工技术存在的问题、公路沥青路面的施工技术要点和公路沥青路面的施工质量控制策略4方面详细地讨论如果做好公路沥青路面的施工技术及质量控制工作。 Asphalt pavement has strong pressure resistance, anti-skid and stability. It is in line with the relevant standards in the industry. However, from the current actual situation, under the influence of external weather, environment and internal system, concept, system and other factors, there are still some drawbacks and problems in the construction technology of asphalt pavement. Although many projects have been successfully completed and put into use, it will bring greater hidden dangers to vehicles and residents on the pavement. Therefore, the construction unit should constantly optimize the construction technology of the pavement and carry out strict quality control on its construction to ensure that its quality is up to the standard. This paper discusses in detail the construction technology and quality control of highway asphalt pavement from four aspects: the important significance of highway asphalt pavement construction quality control, the existing problems of highway asphalt pavement construction technology, the key points of highway asphalt pavement construction technology, and the construction quality control strategy of highway asphalt pavement.
