从差序格局到团体格局:继续教育何以提升农民团队心理资本 被引量:2

From Differential Order Pattern to Group Pattern:How Can Continuing Education Improve Farmers’Team Psychological Capital

摘要 农民主体积极向上的动力以及集体性能力的发挥直接影响着乡村社会形态与乡村全面振兴,我国乡土格局从差序向团体的演变也对农民团队心理资本提出了更高诉求。剖析《瓜熟蒂落》纪录片中农民的生产生活故事可知,继续教育能够满足业缘关系渗透之需,弥合效能差序;满足主体意识觉醒之需,弥合愿景差序;满足不稳定因素应对之需,弥合乐观韧性差序以及满足外部话语介入之需,弥合信任合作差序,进而提升农民团队心理资本。基于此,应充分发挥继续教育的作用,通过社会说服教育提升团队效能、生涯规划教育确立共同愿景、转化学习锻造乐观韧性、工作场所学习促进信任合作等路向,唤醒乡村的内生发展机制。 The positive driving force of farmers and the exertion of collectivity ability directly affect rural social form and overall revitalization. The evolution of China’s local pattern from differential order to group also puts forward higher demands for farmers’ team psychological capital. By analyzing the production and life stories of farmers in the documentary Fruits Fall off When Ripe, the study finds out four important roles played by continuing education in meeting different requirements and bridging the differential order. First, it can closely connect different people and improve the efficiency;second, it can awaken famers’ subjective consciousness for a common vision;third, it is good at coping with unstable factors, bringing optimism and toughness;fourth, it provides opportunities for external discourse intervention, developing trust and cooperation. All of them further enhance farmers’ team psychological capital. Accordingly, the study puts forward that it needs to give full play to the role of continuing education.Specifically, four measures that improving team effectiveness by social persuasion education, establishing a common vision by career planning education, cultivating optimism and toughness by transformative learning, and promoting trust and cooperation by workplace learning, can awaken the rural endogenous development mechanism.
