职工健康管理体系建设的实践与思考

Practice and Thinking on the Construction of Staff Health Management System

基于某铁路局集团公司健康管理体系建设及运行情况的调研,从健康管理人员能力、职工健康理念、心理咨询工作、健康管理体系构建等方面阐述影响健康管理的主要因素,提出提升站段健康管理人员能力、倡导科学先进健康管理理念、完善心理健康咨询服务和科学规范开展健康管理工作等健全完善健康管理的建议,以提升职工健康素养、满足现代化企业管理需要。

Based on the investigation of the construction and operation of health management system in a railway group company,this paper expounds the main factors affecting health management from the aspects of health management personnel's ability,staff's health concept,psychological consultation work and health management system construction,and puts forward some suggestions on improving health management,such as improving the ability of health management personnel in stations and depots,advocating scientific and advanced health management concept,perfecting mental health consultation service measures and carrying out health management work scientifically and standardly,so as to enhance staff's health literacy and meet the needs of modern enterprise management.
