摘要
多式联运由于其经济高效的特点而受到了越来越多的关注。选择合理的运输方案可以有效地控制运输成本。依据现实生活中铁路和水路运输都有固定的运输时间表,文章建立了以运输成本、包装成本、等待成本和碳排放成本为目标的多式联运路径优化模型,采用基于保存策略和转移策略的遗传算法对模型进行求解。通过实例分析,验证了该模型的有效性,为多式联运方案的选择提供了决策支持。
Multimodal transport is attracting more and more attention because of its economic and efficient characteristics.Choosing a reasonable transportation plan can effectively control the transportation cost.According to the fact that both railway and waterway transportation have fixed transportation schedules in real life,a multimodal transportation route optimization model taking transportation costs,packaging costs,waiting costs and carbon emission costs as objectives is established.Based on preservation strategy and transfer strategy,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.The effectiveness of the model is verified by the case analysis,which provides decision support for the selection of multimodal transport schemes.
