基于Flexsim的生鲜产品仓储作业问题优化分析

Analysis on Optimization of Fresh Products Warehousing Operations Based on Flexsim

一直以来,仓储作业备受消费者和企业的关注,完善仓储作业的各项流程对提高仓储整体作业率有着重要作用。生鲜产品有时令性、易腐性,需要根据产品种类、数量进行分配和储存。文章通过Flexsim系统仿真软件模拟生鲜产品仓储作业流程,构建仓库布局模型,建模后及时发现仓储作业过程中出现的常见问题,然后调整仿真实体参数,对流程中各环节进行逐步优化,进而提出生鲜产品整体仓储作业效率的优化方法。此研究为后续生鲜产品仓储管理提供了部分参考意见。

Warehousing operations have always been the attention of consumers and enterprises.To improve the process of warehousing operations has a great role in improving the overall operation rate of storage.Fresh products are seasonal and perishable,and it is necessary to allocate and store according to the type and quantity of products.The paper simulates the warehousing operation process of fresh products through Flexsim system simulation software,builds a warehouse layout model,finds out the common problems in the storage operation process in time after modeling,and then adjusts the simulation entity parameters to gradually optimize each link in the process,thus proposing an optimization method for the overall warehousing operation efficiency of fresh products.This study provides some reference for the follow-up storage management of fresh products.
