舟山海产品冷链物流的发展现状、问题与对策

Development Status,Problems and Countermeasures of Seafood Cold Chain Logistics in Zhoushan

舟山群岛四面环海,传统优势产业是渔业,常年对外输出品种繁多的海产品。受益于冷链物流的发展,目前海产品不断走出沿海地区,频频出现在内陆餐桌之上。舟山的冷链物流的发展不仅会影响到渔业的健康发展,也会影响到海产品的食品安全问题。文章在调研舟山市的冷链物流现状的基础上,分析冷链物流发展中存在的问题,最后提出相应的对策建议。

The Zhoushan Islands are surrounded by the sea.The traditional competitive industry is fishery,which exports a wide variety of marine products.Benefiting from the development of cold chain logistics,seafood goes out of the coast and frequently appears on the inland dining tables.The development of cold chain logistics in Zhoushan not only affects the sustainable development of fishery,but also affects the food safety of seafood.On the basis of investigating the current situation of cold chain logistics in Zhoushan city,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of cold chain logistics,and finally puts forward the corresponding policy suggestions.
