强化水资源统一调度 助力水利高质量发展

Highlighting integrated regulation of water resources to promote high-quality development of water conservancy

为规范水资源调度管理行为,推动实现有序调度、科学调度,水利部于2021年印发实施了《水资源调度管理办法》。一年来,水利部组织指导流域管理机构和地方水行政主管部门深入落实《办法》要求,强化流域水资源统一调度,有效解决了流域水资源统一调度管理长期存在的问题,促进了流域水资源统一调度工作全面铺开、向纵深推进,实现《办法》落实落地的良好开局。

The Ministry of Water Resources issued the Management Measures of Water Resources Dispatching in 2021 to standardize water allocation for ordered and scientific dispatching.Over the past year,the Ministry of Water Resources has organized and guided river basin commissions and local water administrative departments to implement these Measures,by means of highlighting integrated regulation of water resources.The obstacles that have impact on effective water allocation has been solved with promotion of unified dispatching of water resources in river basins in an all-round and in-depth manner.It shall be a good start for the implementation of these Measures.
