西藏饮食文化中的藏餐英译规范化研究

摘要 西藏有着独特而灿烂的民族文化,而饮食文化是西藏文化中极具代表性的部分,以藏餐为代表的西藏饮食文化是研究西藏文化和历史的重要线索,宣传和传播藏餐,对于提高西藏饮食文化知名度,推动中国文化走出去有着极为重要的现实意义。在西藏饮食文化的对外宣传中,藏餐的翻译研究是先行和基础条件,文章对当前西藏饮食文化外宣现状和问题进行分析,对藏餐翻译过程中出现的问题进行整理总结,探讨建立统一的规范化的翻译标准,避免因翻译的问题而产生理解和沟通上的误解,进而提升藏餐和西藏饮食行业的服务质量,促进跨文化交流,塑造新时代的西藏形象,推广和宣传西藏文化。 Tibetan ethnic culture is unique and splendid,while Tibetan food culture is one of the most representative parts of which.The Tibetan food culture represented by Tibetan cuisine is an important clue to the study of Tibetan culture and history.The publicity and dissemination of Tibetan cuisine is of great practical significance for improving the popularity of Tibetan food culture and promoting Chinese culture to go global.It is conducive to carrying forward,inheriting and developing Tibetan traditional ethnic culture.It is also conducive to giving play to Tibet's unique role in China's foreign propaganda.In the external publicity of Tibetan food culture,the translation research of Tibetan cuisine is the first and basic condition.This article analyzes the current situation and problems of the external publicity of Tibetan food culture,sorts out and summarizes the problems in the process of Tibetan cuisine translation,analyzes the causes and effects of the problems,discusses the establishment of unified and standardized translation standards,and avoids misunderstandings in understanding and communication caused by translation problems,hence improve the service quality of Tibetan cuisine and Tibetan food industry,promote cross-cultural exchanges,shape the image of Tibet in the new era,and promote and publicize Tibetan culture.
