摘要
作为西北地区重大交通项目,包银高铁在桥梁工程领域针对设计、辅助施工、建设管理等方面开展了BIM技术应用研究:设计方面,搭建基于同一数据库的协同设计平台,并在该平台部署铁路BIM技术标准;综合运用BIM+GIS技术,完成桥梁设计方案比选。辅助施工方面,针对跨既有高速公路转体施工连续梁桥,开展基于BIM的施工工艺仿真和球铰位置三维钢筋模拟优化;针对零号节段位置混凝土振捣不密实问题,开展三维钢筋精细化设计以及振捣孔、下料孔施工优化,有效提高振捣质量。建设管理方面,开发IFC数据自检程序,实现BIM设计成果向后续阶段的有效传递;开发信息化建设管理平台,实现桥梁施工过程的精细化、智能化管理。通过包银高铁桥梁工程BIM技术应用实践,探索以信息化、数据化、智能化手段解决桥梁工程各阶段技术、管理问题的技术路线,并提供了系统性的BIM应用案例。
Baotou-Yinchuan High-speed Railway is a major transportation project in Northwest China,BIM technology application research is carried out in the field of bridge engineering in terms of design,auxiliary construction,construction management,etc.In terms of design,a collaborative design platform is built based on the same database,and railway BIM technical standards are adopted for the platform;BIM+GIS technology is comprehensively applied to complete the comparison and selection of bridge design schemes.In terms of auxiliary construction,BIM-based construction process simulation and 3D reinforcement simulation optimization of spherical hinge position are carried out for swivel construction of continuous beam bridges crossing the existing expressway;in view of incomplete concrete vibration at the block zero,the fine design of 3D reinforcement and the construction optimization of vibrating holes and blanking holes are carried out to effectively improve the vibration quality.In terms of construction management,the IFC data self-inspection procedure is developed to realize the effective transmission of BIM design results to the subsequent stages;the digitalization management platform is developed to realize the fine and intelligent management of the bridge construction process.Through the application practice of BIM technology in the bridge engineering of Baotou-Yinchuan High-speed Railway,the technical route of solving the technical and management problems in various stages of bridge engineering by means of information,data and intelligence is explored,and systematic BIM application cases are provided.
