摘要 铝合金轮毂严格的加工要求、多样化的形式和巨大的市场需求促使其生产模式逐步向智能化发展,传统铝合金轮毂夹具柔性不足,是制约铝合金轮毂产线智能化的重要因素。因此设计了一种铝合金轮毂柔性夹具,通过舵机驱动曲柄滑块机构使定位元件与轮毂内圆表面相接触实现轮毂自定位,使用同样的机构实现夹具夹紧装置的行程调节使夹具适应不同尺寸轮毂的夹紧以实现夹具的柔性化;通过斜楔机构和气缸驱动的曲柄滑块机构使夹紧元件压紧在轮毂轮缘表面实现夹具的夹紧功能;建立了夹具的物理模型;分析了夹具的定位误差和夹紧可靠性。 The strict processing requirements,diversified forms and huge market demand of aluminum alloy wheels prompt the production mode of aluminum alloy wheels to gradually develop towards intelligence,while the lack of flexibility of the traditional aluminum alloy wheel fixture is an important factor restricting the intelligence of the aluminum alloy wheel production line.Therefore,a flexible fixture for aluminum alloy wheels is designed.The crank slider mechanism driven by a servo makes the positioning element contact with the inner circle surface of the wheel to achieve self-positioning of the wheel,and the same mechanism is used to realize the stroke adjustment of the fixture clamping device to adapt the fixture to the clamping of wheels of different sizes to achieve the flexibility of the fixture;The clamping element is pressed against the rim surface of the hub by means of a crank slider mechanism driven by an inclined wedge mechanism and a cylinder,thus realizing the clamping function of the fixture;The physical model of the fixture is established;The positioning error and clamping reliability of the fixture are analyzed.
