摘要
铝合金结构件广泛应用于航空制造领域,在一体化设计的趋势下,结构件的制造难度大幅提升。通过对某型号垂尾隔板的零件结构分析和工艺方案设计,总结出适合此类零件的加工方法,从工艺方案的设计,机床、刀具的选择,定位、装夹方式的确定,专用工装的设计,风险点质量控制等方面阐述了一体化零件的加工方法,为同类零件加工提供了参考。
Aluminum alloy structural parts are widely used in aviation manufacturing,in the trend of integrated design the difficulty of structural parts manufacturing increases significantly.A type vertical tail plate parts structure is analysed and process of the project is designed,the method which is suitable for processing of such parts is summarized.From the design of the process scheme,the selection of machine tool,cutting tool,the determination of positioning,clamping way of specialized equipment and tooling design,risk points of quality control machining method,this paper expounds the integration provides the reference for the machining of the similar parts.
