摘要
基于ABAQUS软件对碳纤维树脂基复合材料(CFRP)钻削行为过程进行模拟研究。采用Hashin材料本构模型建立CFRP钻削有限元模型,观察麻花钻在钻削过程中的最大Mises应力、轴向力和扭矩变化情况,并分析了主轴转速、主轴进给速率和钻头直径对轴向力和扭矩的影响。研究结果表明:轴向力和扭矩随主轴转速的增大呈减小趋势,随轴向进给速率的增大呈增大趋势,随钻头直径的增大而增大。
This paper studies the simulation process of drilling behavior of carbon fiber resin matrix composite(CFRP)based on ABAQUS.CFRP drilling finite element model is established using Hashin material constitutive model.The maximum Mises stress,axial force and torque changes of the twist drill during the drilling process are observed,and the influence of spindle speed,spindle feed rate,tool head diameter on axial force and torque is analyzed.The research results indicate that axial force and torque decrease with the increase of spindle speed,increases with the increase of the axial feed rate increases,increases with the increase of the diameter of the tool head.
