摘要
在硬质合金数控刀片实际生产过程中,由于压坯各位置的压制密度不一致,会导致产品在烧结后变形量大。针对这个问题,通过模具预补偿来改善数控刀片坯的尺寸精度,从而获得高品质的数控刀片毛坯,提高合格率和生产效率。
In order to solve the problem of large deformation of cemented carbide numerical control blade after sintering,the pressing density of each position is not consistent in the actual production process.This paper mainly discusses how to improve the dimensional accuracy of NC blade billet by mould pre-compensation.And the high quality of CNC blade blank is obtained,the qualified rate and production efficiency are improved.
