摘要
运用Deform有限元软件对微织构刀具铣削CE11高硅铝合金进行模拟仿真,通过正交试验法探究微织构的宽度、微织构间距和微织构深度对CE11高硅铝合金铣削时的刀具磨损影响及其规律。仿真结果分析表明,微织构宽度对刀具累积最大磨损量的影响最大。通过相同条件下的切削试验与仿真试验对比,验证了Deform软件模拟微织构刀具的可行性。
Deform finite element software is used to simulate the milling of high-silicon aluminum alloy CE11 with micro-texture tool.The effects of micro-texture width,micro-texture spacing and micro-texture depth on tool wear of high-silicon aluminum alloy CE11 are investigated by orthogonal test.The visual analysis of the simulation results shows that the micro-texture width has the greatest influence on the cumulative maximum tool wear.By comparing the cutting test and simulation test under the same conditions,the feasibility of Deform software to simulate micro-texture tool is verified.
