新时代场域下中外合作办学高校“互联网+党建”工作路径研究

Research on the Working Path of"Internet+Party Construction"in Sino-foreign Cooperative Colleges in the Field of“New Era”

新时代的到来,中外合作办学高校党建工作面临着巨大挑战。鉴于中外合作办学高校党建工作在自身发展、教师队伍、学生群体等方面有别于普通高校,有其特殊性,存在着工作内容繁杂、互联网的冲击、队伍水平不高、工作方法单一等现实问题,因此,党建工作要顺应新时代的变化,构建以中外合作办学高校党建工作支持系统为依托,以互联互通工作矩阵为载体,以优化“互联网+”内容为重要手段,不断提升师生党员队伍综合素质,确保中外合作办学高校党建工作沿着健康有序、正确的方向发展。

With the advent of the new era,the Party construction work in Sino-foreign cooperative colleges is facing great challenges.In view of the fact that the Party construction work in those is different from that in ordinary ones in terms of its own development,teachers'team and students'group.There are some practical problems such as complicated work contents,continuous impact of the Internet,low team level and single working method.Therefore,the Party construction work should conform to the changes in the new era,build support system,work with con‐nectivity matrix as the carrier,and optimize Internet plus mode as the vital means to enhance the Party member troop overall quality,thus to ensure that the Party construction work in Sino-foreign cooperative colleges develops in a healthy,orderly and correct direction.
