摘要
通过对330 MW亚临界机组采用光煤互补技术的阐述,对蒸汽动力系统中的除氧器设备进行互补改造,通入光热饱和蒸汽以提升机组的热力性能。通过计算分析可知:在设备中通入不同份额的光热流量时,会得到不同光热流量占比对蒸汽动力系统的热经济性的影响,耦合改造方案提升了汽轮机做功效率,同时减少了汽轮机内部的㶲损失,达到了节省煤耗的目的,符合节能减排的理念。
This paper expounds the photo-thermal complementary technology for the transformation of the deaerator equipment in 330MW subcritical unit to improve the thermal performance of the unit.The calculation analysis shows that different share of photo-thermal flow admission into the device bring different thermal efficiency of steam power system.The coupling retrofit scheme can improve the work efficiency of steam turbine,at the same time reduce the internal exergic loss of the steam turbine to achieve the purpose of saving coal consumption,in accordance with the concept of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
