党的十九大报告曾明确指出,我国的社会主要矛盾发生了转化,人民对美好生活的向往更加强烈,建设生态文明是实现美好生活的重要环节,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的必然要求。美好生活图景下生态文明的构成要素,包括生态意识文明、生态行为文明、生态制度文明、生态产业文明。实现人民心目中的美好生活,大力建设生态文明,需要从多个方面协调推进:倡导绿色消费理念是关键,开展全民绿色行动是方向,建立健全生态法治体系是强有力保障,发展绿色产业是核心要求。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that the main social contradictions in China have been transformed,and the people's longing for a better life is stronger.The construction of ecological civilization is an important link to realize a better life and the inevitable requirement of building a socialist modern country in an all-round way.The constituent elements of ecological civilization under the picture of a better life include ecological consciousness civilization,ecological behavior civilization,ecological system civilization and ecological industry civilization.To realize a better life in the eyes of the people and vigorously build ecological civilization,we need to coordinate and promote from many aspects:advocating the concept of green consumption is the key,carrying out national green action is the direction,establishing and improving the ecological rule of law system is a strong guarantee,and developing green industry is the core requirement.
