大学生金融素养现状调查及路径探究

A Study on the Present Situation of College Students’Financial Literacy and Its Paths

当今时代是金融开放的时代,大学生金融素养对于国家的金融稳定和活力非常重要。根据中国人民银行发布的《消费者金融素养调查简要报告》中关于金融素养的定义,从四个维度构建金融素养模块:金融意识、金融态度、金融知识和技能,运用多元线性回归模型验证分析大学生金融素养的影响因素。实证研究发现,职业教育、家庭经济条件、父母学历、地域因素等对大学生金融素养有重要影响。针对我国大学生金融素养教育存在知识体系不完整、缺乏教育途径等问题,提出加快金融素养顶层设计,建立多元化的金融素养教育主体,提高农村金融知识可得性等建议,同时探析大学生金融素养教育的路径,提高大学生金钱管理能力、认识金融工具和提高风险意识等能力。

Today is an era of financial openness,in which college students'financial literacy is very important for the country's financial stability and vitality.According to the definition of financial literacy in the survey report on consumer financial literacy issued by the people's Bank of China,this paper constructs the financial literacy module from four dimensions:financial awareness,financial attitude,financial knowledge and skills,and uses multiple linear regression model to verify and analyze the influencing factors of college students'financial literacy.The empirical study finds that vocational education,family economic conditions,parents'educational background and regional factors have an important impact on college students'financial literacy.In view of the problems of incomplete knowledge system and lack of education channels in financial literacy education of Chinese college students,this paper proposes to speed up the top level design of financial literacy and establish diversified financial literacy education subjects.At the same time,we should explore the path of financial literacy education of college students,improve their ability of money management,of understanding of financial instruments and of enhancing risk awareness.
