平台经济研究述评与展望

A Review and Prospect of Platform Economy Research

平台经济作为最具吸引力和影响力的新型经济形态,引领着数字经济模式和场景的创新,成为数字经济发展的新动能和新引擎。其作为一种新兴经济模式,具有不同于传统行业的经济特征、运行方式和经济效应,也更容易产生诸如“二选一”“大数据杀熟”“封禁”“自我优待”等垄断现象,那么如何加强平台经济领域的监管,这就促使平台经济成为学术研究的前沿和热点。通过对国内外平台经济的研究进展和前沿动态进行追踪梳理,重点围绕平台经济的概念与分类、典型特征、业务模式与竞争行为、经济效应、垄断与监管问题等方面展开述评。在此基础上,结合当前我国平台经济发展现状,评析现有研究的特点与不足,展望平台经济未来的研究方向和可能的聚焦点。

As the most attractive and influential new economic form, platform economy is leading the innovation of digital economy models and scenarios, and becoming the new driving force and engine for the development of digital economy. As an emerging economic model, platform economy is different from traditional industry in economic characteristics, operation mode and economic effect. Meanwhile platform economy field have emerged some monopolies, such as forcing sellers to only use one platform, big data-enabled price discrimination against existing customers, internet blockade and self-preferencing. How to strengthen the regulation in the field of platform economy, which has made platform economy become the forefront and hot spot of academic research. This paper reviews the research progress and frontier dynamics of platform economy at home and abroad, focusing on the concept and classification, typical characteristics, business model and competitive behavior, economic effects, monopoly and regulatory issues of platform economy. On this basis, combining with the current situation of the development of platform economy in China, the author analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the existing research, prospected the future research direction of platform economy, and pointed out the possible focus of future research in this field.
