Research on Quality Control of Remote Sensing Monitoring Information Extraction

为有效监管国土利用变化情况、快速识别并准确提取变化信息,以陕西省遥感监测信息提取为基础,总结了实际生产过程中切实提高项目质量的经验,通过工作前期的解译样本建立、作业过程的作业指导书及过程质检、变化图斑成果质检、数据库成果质检和监测成果质检等环节,提高了遥感监测信息提取的整体质量,可为其他项目的质量检查提供参考。

In order to effectively supervise the changing situation of territorial utilization,and rapidly identify and accurately extract the change of information,the study extracts remote sensing monitoring information of Shaanxi Province,and summarizes the experience of the improvement of project quality in actual production.Through the explanation of sample establishment,operation instruction and process quality testing during operation,inspection of variation map spots results,database results inspection and supervision achievement quality testing,etc.,the overall quality extracted by remote monitoring information is improved to provide reference for quality testing of other projects.
