盐城地区农宅绿色化改造技术研究

Study on Green Transformation Technology of Farm House in Yancheng Area

为加强农宅改造,改善农村居民的生活环境,缩小城乡发展差距,以盐城地区农宅绿色化改造技术为例,选择盐都区葛武镇程实村,通过实地勘察,获取有关数据,提出了农宅绿色化改造设计原则、功能原则,针对具体农宅,实施了功能改造设计和维护结构改造,有效提升了农宅的保温性能。要将绿色化改造理念融入其中,坚持以人为本,在满足居住舒适性的同时,对农宅空间进行优化布局,选用绿色环保材料,达到节约能源的效果,为居民创造出轻松舒适的室内环境,满足人们追求自然、热爱自然的心理诉求,为农宅改造的开展提供参考。

In order to promote the reform of farm house,improve the living environment of rural residents,and reduce urban and rural development gap,the study takes green transformation technology of farm house in Yancheng Area as an example;selects Chengshi Village,Gewu County,Yandu District;acquires relevant data through filed investigation;proposes green transformation technology of farm house principle and function principle;and implements function reform design and maintenance structure reform.Thermal insulation properties are effectively improved.It is suggested to integrate green transformation concept,adhere people orientation,optimize layout of farm house space while satisfying living comfort,and select green environmental protection materials,in order to save the effect of energy,create relax and comfortable indoor environment for the residents,satisfy people’s psychological appeal of nature pursue and loving,and provide reference for the development of farm house reform.
