自贸港建设背景下空中乘务应用型人才需求分析与研究

Analysis and Research of the Demand of Applied Air Crew Talents Under the Background of Free Trade Port Construction

自贸港建设背景下,以高综合素养、高服务水平的空中乘务应用型人才为典型代表的民航服务岗位从业人员将产生了较大的供需缺口,为促进海南民航客运业快速有序发展,助力自贸港建设,从人才数量和人才规格两个方面对空中乘务应用型人才需求进行了分析,提出了自贸港建设背景下空中乘务应用型人才培养方向,以期令高校空中乘务应用型人才的培养满足行业发展与地方发展所需。

Under the background of the construction of free trade port,there is larger supply-demand gap of the practitioners of civil aviation service post which is represented by applied air crew talents with high comprehensive literacy and high service level.In order to promote the rapid and orderly development of civil aviation passenger transport industry in Hainan and assist the construction of free trade port,the study analyzes the demand of applied air crew talents from two aspects:the demand quantity and talent demand specification,and proposes the training direction of applied air crew talents under the background of free trade port construction,to make the training of air crew talents in colleges and universities meet the demand of industry and local development.
