摘要
为研究矿井下环境温度对永磁电机的起动性能影响。以一台75 kW、10极、60槽的永磁电机为研究对象,建立环境温度与永磁电机的起动转矩、启动电流以及效率等起动过程的数学模型,再采用有限元方法对其进行仿真研究,设置环境温度0℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃、70℃对永磁电机的磁感应强度大小分析,着重分析环境温度对永磁电机起动转矩过程和三相电流以及起动过程效率。随着温度升高,起动转矩、起动电流以及效率变化不大,但处于上升趋势。实验表明,环境温度对永磁电机的起动过程影响较小。
In order to study the influence of underground ambient temperature on the starting performance of permanent magnet motor,a 75kW,10 pole,60 groove permanent magnet motor was taken as the research object,and the mathematical model of the starting process of ambient temperature and the starting torque,starting current and efficiency of permanent magnet motor was established.The finite element method was used to simulate it,and the ambient temperature was set at 0℃,15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃,35℃and 70℃to analyze the magnetic induction intensity of the permanent magnet motor.The effects of ambient temperature on the starting torque process,three-phase current and starting process efficiency of permanent magnet motor were analyzed.With the temperature rising,the starting torque,starting current and efficiency change little,but they were on the rise.The experiments show that the ambient temperature has little effect on the starting process of permanent magnet motor.
