饥饿和再投喂对黄鳝生长性能、消化酶活的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究饥饿和再投喂对黄鳝(Monopterus albus)生长性能、消化酶活的影响,试验设置4组,分别为连续投喂30d(S1)、饥饿15d后用饲料中添加2g/kg黄芪多糖连续投喂15d(S2)、饥饿15d后正常饲料投喂连续投喂15d(S3)、饥饿30d(S4),每组3个重复,试验共进行30d。结果显示,正常投喂组(S1)的终末体重、增重率和肝体比最高且显著高于其余各组(P<0.05),其中添加黄芪多糖饥饿再投喂组(S2)的增重率显著高于对照饥饿再投喂组(P<0.05);正常投喂组(S1)的胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶均达到最高,胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),S1组淀粉酶和S2组淀粉酶无显著差异(P>0.05),各组的消化酶活趋势为S1>S2>S3>S4。综上所述,在饥饿胁迫下黄鳝生长性能和消化酶活显著低于其他各组投喂组;饲料中添加黄芪多糖对黄鳝饥饿胁迫产生的负面影响有一定的改善作用。 In order to study the effects of starvation and refeeding on growth performance and digestive enzyme activities of Monopterus albus,four groups were set up.The experiment lasted for 30 days(S1),15 days after starvation,15 days after starvation,15 days after starvation,15 days after starvation,normal diet,15 days after starvation(S3),30 days after starvation(S4),with three replicates in each group.The results showed that the final body weight,weight gain rate and liver to body ratio in normal feeding group(S1)were the highest and significantly higher than those in other groups(P<0.05),and the weight gain rate in astragalus polysaccharide starvation refeeding group(S2)was significantly higher than that in control starvation refeeding group(P<0.05).The trypsin,lipase and amylase of normal feeding group(S1)were the highest,and the trypsin and lipase of normal feeding group(S1)were significantly higher than those of other groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in amylase between S1 group and S2 group(P>0.05).The digestive enzyme activity trend of each group was S1>S2>S3>S4.In conclusion,the growth performance and digestive enzyme activities of monopterus alba under starvation stress were significantly lower than those of other feeding groups.Astragalus polysaccharide can ameliorate the negative effects of starvation stress on eel.
