摘要
试验旨在研究鲤(Cyprinus carpio)基础饵料中添加不同水平的大蒜素(Allitride,二烯丙基硫代亚磺酸酯或二烯丙基二硫醚C_(6)H_(10)S_(2)O)对其机体免疫功能的影响。研究选择健康、体重相近的鲤鱼600尾,均分成4个处理组,每组150尾鲤鱼。对照组鲤鱼投喂基础饵料,试验1组鲤鱼投喂基础饵料+100mg/kg大蒜素;试验2组鲤鱼投喂基础饵料+300mg/kg大蒜素;试验3组投喂基础饵料+600mg/kg大蒜素。试验周期为56d。试验结束,检测各组鲤鱼机体免疫指标。结果表明,与对照组相比,鲤鱼饵料中添加300mg/kg和600mg/kg的大蒜素可以显著提高血清IgG含量(P<0.05);可以显著提高血清超氧化物歧化酶活性(P<0.05),且显著高于100mg/kg大蒜素组(P<0.05);可以显著降低血清丙二醛含量(P<0.05);大蒜素对鲤鱼血清IgM含量及谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,鲤鱼生产中使用300mg/kg和600mg/kg的大蒜素可以显著提高免疫球蛋白G含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低了丙二醛含量,改善了机体免疫功能。
The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of different levels of Allitride(diallyl thiosulfonic ester or diallyl disulfide C_(6)H_(10)S_(2)O)on the immune function of carp(Cyprinus carpio).In this study,600 healthy carp with similar body weight were selected and divided into four treatment groups with 150 carp in each group.Carp in control group were fed with basal diet,while carp in test group 1 were fed with basal diet+100mg/kg allitride.Carp in two groups were fed with basal diet+300mg/kg allitride.Experimental group 3 was fed with basal diet+600mg/kg allitride.The trial period was 56 days.At the end of the experiment,the immune indexes of carp in each group were detected.The results showed that compared with the control group,allitride supplementation at 300mg/kg and 600mg/kg significantly increased serum IgG content(P<0.05);Serum superoxide dismutase activity(P<0.05),and significantly higher than 100mg/kg allitride group(P<0.05);Can significantly reduce serum malondialdehyde(P<0.05);allitride had no significant effect on serum IgM content and activities of ASpartate aminotransferase and glutamic-pyruvic aminotransferase(P>0.05).The results show that the use of 300mg/kg and 600mg/kg allitride in carp production can significantly increase the content of immunoglobulin G,superoxide dismutase activity,reduce the content of malondialdehyde,and improve the immune function of the body.
