乌兹别克斯坦对外贸易结构及贸易政策分析

An Analysis of Uzbekistan’s Foreign Trade Structure and Trade Policy

对外贸易结构是一个国家贸易状况和贸易内涵的直接体现,反映了该国以独立主权国的身份与其他国家开展经贸合作,并从中获得贸易利益,以促进本国经济增长和提高自身的国际地位。文章对乌兹别克斯坦对外贸易结构进行分析,认为乌兹别克斯坦进出口贸易仍然以低级的产业间一般贸易为主,影响其对外贸易结构变化的因素主要包括政府政策、技术进步、资源禀赋、贸易开放度、比较优势等,其中,对外贸易政策对进出口贸易结构调整的影响深远。面对乌兹别克斯坦对外贸易结构的变化,中乌双方应及时调整对外贸易政策,加强经贸合作,促进双方经济共同繁荣发展。

Foreign trade structure is a direct reflection of national trade conditions and trade connotation, and reflects that the nation with the identity of independent sovereign state carry out economic and trade cooperation with other countries, and obtain trade benefits to promote its own economic growth and improve their own international status. This paper conducts an analysis of Uzbekistan’s foreign trade structure. The analysis shows that the import and export trade in Uzbekistan is still mostly the low-level inter-industry general trade, and the factors affecting its foreign trade structure mainly include government policies, technological advancements, resources endowments, trade openness, comparative advantage, etc.. Among them, the foreign trade policy has a huge impact on import and export trade structure. In response to the changes in the foreign trade structure of Uzbekistan, China and Uzbekistan should timely adjust foreign trade policy, and further strengthen economic and trade cooperation, to ultimately promote the economic boom of both parties.
