摘要
以探讨学习动机对空中乘务专业学生学习能力产生的影响为目的,选取田澜和潘伟刚的大学生学习动机问卷和核心自我能力评价量表进行测量,两个问卷均采用五级计分标准,对300名高职院校空中乘务专业学生的学习动机和核心自我能力评价进行调研。通过与高职院校教师进行沟通,说明了本次调研的目的及意义,并征得教师同意在其班级群体发放线上问卷,有效回收272份。调研结果显示,空中乘务专业学生的能力追求和内部动机与自我能力评价呈显著性正相关。以空中乘务专业学生的能力追求动机为自变量,自我能力评价为因变量进行线性回归分析,发现能力追求动机对空中乘务专业学生学习能力具有一定的影响,模型的拟合情况较好,模型公式为自我能力评价=22.823+0.411×能力追求。为高效提高空中乘务专业学生的学习能力,要强化学生的能力追求动机,提高学生解决问题的能力,为学生提供更多的社会实践机会,提高学生的自我认知。
The study explores the influence of learning motivation on flight attendant students’learning ability,does measurement with college student learning motivation questionnaire produced by Tian Lan and Pan Weigang and core self ability evaluation scale.Likert-5 scoring standard is adopted.Learning motivation and core self ability evaluation of 300 students of flight attendant major are investigated.Through the communication with teachers of higher vocational colleges,the study clarifies the objective and significance of the investigation,issues online questionnaire in the classes under the consent of the teachers.272 valid questionnaires are recycled.The investigation results show that the ability pursuit and intrinsic motivation of students of flight attendant major have significantly positive correlation with self ability evaluation.Ability pursuit motivation of students of flight attendant major is regarded as the independent variable,and self ability evaluation is regarded as the dependent variable to do linear regression analysis.It is found that ability pursuit motivation has certain influence on the learning ability of students of flight attendant major.The fitting of the model is better.The formula is self ability evaluation=22.823+0.411×ability pursuit.It is necessary to promote students’ability pursuit motivation,improve students’problem-solving ability,provide students with more social practical ability,and improve students’self cognition,in order to effectively promote the learning ability of students of flight attendant major.
