摘要
在本校学生中随机抽取100人,分为对照组与实验组,进行对比分析,并完成总结报告。建立了完整的本科教学设计、实践教材、问题案例分析和教学监控体系。PDCA循环能够深化教学改革,提升本科教师的教学能力,为培养优秀的教育人才奠定基础。应加强PDCA循环在本科教学中的应用效果研究,培养一批适应PDCA循环教学模式的师资队伍,并将此方法推广应用到各班级及各类别的教学实践中。
The study randomly selects 100 college students,divides them into control group and experimental group,compares them,and completes summary reports.Then the study establishes complete undergraduate teaching design,practical teaching materials,case analysis and teaching monitoring system.PDCA cycle can be used to deepen teaching reform,and improve college teachers’teaching ability,in order to lay foundation for the training of excellent education talents.It is suggested to strengthen PDCA cycle in the application effect research of undergraduate teaching,train a branch of teaching team who adapt to PDCA cycle teaching model,and promote the method into the teaching practice of all classes and grades.
