摘要
直播教学作为线上教育的教学形式,其形式灵活、直观、生动,且互动性强,非常符合成人教育特点。基于防疫背景下直播教学的优劣势分析,提出了直播教学在成人教育中的应用策略:变被动为主动,增强适应性;变使用为开发,提升针对性;加强网络平台信息资源建设;加大资金投入力度,打破传统的教学时间、空间限制,完善教学方案,丰富教学内容,全面提升直播教学的适应性、针对性和有效性,提升了成人教育的教学质量。
Live broadcast teaching is a kind of online teaching form.It is flexible and vivid,of perceptual intuition and great interaction.It accords with the characteristics of adult education.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of live teaching under the background of epidemic prevention and control,the study proposes the application strategies of live teaching in adult education,i.e.to transfer from passivity to initiative,enhance adaptation;transfer from utilization to development,improve pertinence;strengthen the construction of online platform information resource;promote capital investment,to break out the limitation of traditional teaching time and space,perfect teaching scheme,enrich teaching content,comprehensively improve the adaptation,pertinence and effectiveness of live teaching,and improve adult teaching quality.
