分析了大数据时代高校学生信息化管理现状:高校教育管理系统运行方面的专业人才缺乏,系统运行过程中容易出现安全问题,导致教师和学生的个人信息泄露,不利于高校教育工作的顺利开展。提出了大数据时代高校教育管理信息化建设策略:构建师生交流平台,利用校园大数据库将每个学生的信息记录在档,并针对学生的实际情况制订个性化教育方案;引导教育工作者树立大数据意识,定期开展讲座、培训、交流会等活动,使管理人员更加全面地了解大数据技术;健全高校教育管理机制,切实保证学生和教师个人信息安全;构建校园智能自助服务一体机,为学生提供更加便利的服务;完善高校管理服务平台,提升高校学生管理工作效率;加强安全管理工作力度,避免出现信息泄露或信息数据丢失情况;建立精准资助体系,根据对数据结果的分析和挖掘,提前预判事物的发展规律和未来的发展趋势,做出科学的判断和决策,进而充分发挥大数据技术的优势和作用,提高人才培养质量。

The study analyzes the present situation of college student informatization management in the era of big data.The professional talents of education management system operation in the college are lack.Security problems are prone to occur during system operation,which causes the information disclosure of teachers and students.These are not conductive to the smooth development of college education.The strategies for the construction of college education management informatization construction in the era of big data are proposed,i.e.to construct teacher-student communication platform,record the information of all students on file through the utilization of campus big data,formulate individual education scheme according to students’actual situation;guide educators to establish big data consciousness,regularly develop lecture,training and meeting,etc.to make managers know big data technology more comprehensively;perfect college education management mechanism,guarantee the safety of individual information of students and teachers;construct campus intelligent self-service all-in-one machine,provide student with more convenient service;perfect college management service platform,improve college management efficiency;strengthen security management working dynamics,avoid information disclosure or lost;establish precise subsidization system,analyze and dig data results,predict matter development regulation and future development trend,and make scientific judgment and decision,to fully play the advantages and role of big data technology,and improve talent training quality.
