Strategies for the Construction of Young Teachers’Ethics in the New Era

The study discusses the importance of the construction of young teachers’ethics in the new era,analyzes the dilemma and causes,including the dilemma and internal causes,dilemma and external causes.Then the study proposes the countermeasures for the construction.Teaching and education should be unified,and teachers’ethic learning be strengthened.Teachers should not only take the responsibility of guidance and problem-solving,but also the education task,i.e.the cultivation of people with all-round development of morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor.Teachers should firm ideal and faith,pay attention to moral education,improve their moral level and political accomplishment,establish correct world,life and value.We should strengthen moral management,pay attention to young teachers’professional quality,and focus on the evaluation of ideology and quality,teaching style and professional ethics.In rural revitalization,young teachers should have confidence in rural education,and colleges should bring teachers’ethics into rural education,to train moral and cultured talents for China,perfect teachers’ethics construction system in China,make education being satisfied with the people,achieve the fundamental task of strengthening moral education and cultivating people,and promote the continuous development of education career.
