Discussion on the Problems and Countermeasures of College Student Management in the New Era

为提升高校学生管理工作质量,分析了新时代高校学生管理工作存在的问题:信息时代学生自律性不足,学生班级观念较为淡薄,服务学生的管理理念有待加强,管理机制不够完善,评价方法较为单一。提出了新时代高校学生管理工作提升对策:加强学风建设,注重信息技术的正确使用和引导,避免不良网络资源对学生的影响;提高学生个人修养,加强素质教育力度,培养大学生的自我管理意识,提高学生的自主管理权限,鼓励大学生通过团委、学生会或学生社团等方式实现学生自治;树立以学生为本的管理理念,优化服务机制,了解当代大学生的思想动态,给予其更多的关爱和尊重,注重对学生的持续引导和启发;提高管理效率,提升管理人员能力水平,激发高校学生管理人员的工作热情和积极性,提高管理工作质量和效率;重视人文环境构建,打造浓厚的学习氛围,定期组织专题讲座、学习总结报告会、资料影像展等多种人文素质教育活动,促使学生更好地了解人文知识,为提升人文素质能力奠定基础。

In order to improve college student management quality,the study analyzes the problems in the new era,i.e.insufficient students’autorhythmicity in information era,students’weak class concept,imperfect management concept of serving students,imperfect management mechanism,and simple evaluation method.The study proposes the countermeasures for college student management in the new era,i.e.to enhance the construction of study style,focus on the correct utilization and guidance of information technology,avoid the influence of adverse network resources on students;improve students’individual literacy,promote quality education,train college students’self management consciousness,improve students’self management rights,encourage college students to realize self-government through Chinese Communist Youth League,the establishment student union or student club,etc;establish student oriented management concept,optimize service mechanism,know modern college students’ideological dynamics,provide students with care and respect,focus on students’conscious guidance and enlightenment;improve management efficiency,promote managers’ability,encourage college managers’enthusiasm,improve management quality and efficiency;focus on cultural environment construction,create strong learning atmosphere,regularly organize and summarize humanistic quality education activities,such as seminar and data image display,promote students to better know humanistic knowledge,and lay foundation for the improvement of humanistic quality ability.
