摘要
通过对一例患有双相障碍的在校大学生开展心理帮扶案例进行分析和处理,探索有效的心理帮扶策略,以期对类似心理问题学生的帮扶产生积极作用,促进学生对自我的正面认知和评价,提升自我效能感,帮助其身心恢复。
By analyzing and dealing with psychological assistance of a college student suffering from bipolar disorder,the study explores effective strategies for psychological assistance,to provide positive role in the assistance of similar psychological problems,promote students’self positive cognition and evaluation,improve self-efficacy,and help students’mind and body recovery.
