摘要
评价基于思想铸魂理念的课程育人模式在护理学导论教学中对于护生专业认同感及专业价值观的影响。选取昆明医科大学护理学院2020级护理学专业356名本科生,实施第一课堂与第二课堂相结合的课程育人模式,比较授课前后护生专业认同感及专业价值观的改变。结课后护生的专业认同感及专业价值观总评和各维度明显高于开课前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。基于思想铸魂理念的课程育人模式在护理学导论教学中的应用,能够改善护生的专业价值观,引导护生建立良好的专业态度,增强专业认同感。
The study evaluates the influence of the concept of thought casting soul based teaching model in the teaching of introduction to nursing on student nurses’professional identity and value.356 nursing undergraduates of 2020 Grade are recruited from School of Nursing,Kunming Medical University.The teaching model through combining the first classroom with the second classroom is implemented.The professional identity and values of nursing students are compared before and after teaching.The total score and the scores of each dimension of professional identity and values among these student nurses after teaching are significantly higher than before teaching,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The application of teaching model based on the concept of thought casting soul in introduction to nursing can improve the professional values of student nurses,guide them to establish a good professional attitude,and enhance their professional identity.
