摘要
基于工业大数据背景,对地方普通高校质量管理课程体系优化进行探讨,分析了工业大数据对质量管理产生的影响。需要对质量管理观念、质量管理体系进行相应变革,提升企业对大数据的认知程度,树立大数据质量管理理念。地方普通高校质量管理课程体系存在一些问题:教学方式更新不及时,教学内容更加注重理论讲解,教学课时编排不太合理,考核评价体系有些单一,课程资源不能充分满足教学需求。以河北某财经类院校工商管理专业学生为例,该专业的质量管理课程共计34学时,从理论部分、上机部分、实践部分、考级部分和考核部分来对课程体系进行优化。为顺应大数据技术的发展,地方普通高校需要对质量管理课程体系作出相应调整,将培养高素质质量管理专业人才作为重点,满足社会对高质量产品和质量管理人才的需求。
The study explores the optimization of quality management curriculum system in local colleges and universities under the background of industrial big data,analyzes the influence of industrial big data on quality management.It is necessary to reform quality management concept and system,improve cognition degree of the enterprise on big data,and establish quality management concept of big data.There are some problems of quality management curriculum system in local regular institutions of higher learning,i.e.not timely teaching mode renew,attention of theoretical explanation,irrational teaching course time arrangement,simple examination system,and insufficient curriculum resources.Through taking students of business administration major of a university of economics and business in Hebei as an example,the quality management curriculum of the major includes 34 credit hours.Curriculum system is optimized from theoretical,online,practical,graded examination and assessment part.In order to comply with the development of big data,it is necessary for local regular institutions of higher learning to adjust quality management curriculum system,pay attention to the cultivation of high quality management professionals,and satisfy the demands of high quality products and quality management talents for the society.
