山东省林长制信息管理系统设计与实现

Design and Iimplementation of Forest Chief Scheme Information Management System in Shandong Province

针对林长制信息化建设过程中存在的多源异构数据难以融合、协同管理效率低、缺乏统一技术标准等难点,以山东省林长制信息管理系统建设经验为基础,阐述了林长制信息管理系统数据库内容、数据处理流程、核心功能等内容,介绍了林长制一张图、视频监控融合、林长制移动端等创新应用,并从技术规范建设、与国土三调数据融合、新技术应用三个方面提出了林长制信息化建设未来方向,以期为山东省乃至全国各级林长制信息管理系统的建设提供可借鉴思路。

In view of the difficulties existing in the forest head system informatization construction,such as difficult fusion of source heterogeneous data,low efficiency of collaborative management,and lack of unified technical standards,this paper expounded the contents of the database content,data processing flow,core functions,etc.of the forest head system information management system based on the construction experience of Shandong forest chief scheme information management system,and introduced the innovative applications of the forest chief scheme,such as"one map",video monitoring fusion,and the mobile terminal of the forest chief scheme.In order to provide reference ideas for the construction of forest chief scheme information management system at all levels in Shandong Province and even the whole country,the future direction of information construction of forest chief scheme:the construction of technical specifications,the data fusion with the three national land transfers,and the application of new technologies were put forward.
