复元汤结合西药治疗缺血性脑卒中患者的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Fuyuan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with ischemic stroke

目的:分析探讨缺血性脑卒中采用中西医结合用药治疗方案的应用效果。方法:此次研究所纳入的研究对象(n=70),是本院2019年7月至2020年9月收治的缺血性脑卒中患者。根据治疗方法不同进行分组,分为对照组(n=35,西药治疗)和研究组(n=35,复元汤结合西药治疗)。分析观察两组治疗效果差异。结果:与治疗前相比,经治疗后,患者的NIHSS评分有降低,Barthel评分和FMA评分有提高,但研究组改善幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后血液流变学指标相比,研究组经治疗后优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:行复元汤结合西药治疗缺血性脑卒中疾病,能通过调节血液流变学情况来改善患者的临床症状,有助于改善患者预后。

Objective:To analyze and explore the application effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine in ischemic stroke.Methods:The study subjects(n=70)included in this study were patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to September 2020.According to different treatment methods,they are divided into control group(n=35,Western medicine treatment)and experimental group(n=35,Fuyuan Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment).Analyze and observe the difference in treatment effect between the two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the patient's NIHSS score decreased,Barthel score and FMA score increased,but the improvement of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05);the two groups of blood rheology indexes before and after treatment In comparison,the experimental group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The development of Fuyuan Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of ischemic stroke disease can improve the clinical symptoms of patients by adjusting the blood rheology and help improve the prognosis of patients.
