盐酸右美托咪定在重症监护患者镇痛镇静中的应用效果研究

摘要 目的:分析盐酸右美托咪定在重症监护患者镇痛镇静中的应用效果。方法:将本院收治的90例重症患者纳入本研究中,就诊时间为2019年12月至2021年1月,采用抛硬币方式分组,两组各45例。对照组患者实施咪达唑仑镇静镇痛,研究组患者实施右美托咪定镇静镇痛。比较两组患者Ramsay评分、唤醒时间、视觉模拟评分以及不良反应发生率。结果:用药前,两组患者Ramsay评分与视觉模拟评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),用药后,研究组患者Ramsay评分更高,视觉模拟评分更低,与对照组相比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者唤醒时间更短,不良反应发生率更低,与对照组具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将盐酸右美托咪定用于重症监护患者镇静镇痛中有良好的效果,能够缩短唤醒时间,且安全性相对更高,具有较高的应用价值。 Objective:To analyze the effect of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride in analgesia and sedation in intensive care patients.Methods:Ninety critically ill patients admitted to our hospital were included in this study.The consultation time was from December 2019 to January 2021.They were divided into groups by tossing a coin,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received sedation and analgesia with midazolam,and patients in the study group received sedation and analgesia with dexmedetomidine.The Ramsay score,wake time,visual analog score and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before medication,there was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients'Ramsay score and visual analog score(P>0.05).The study group had a higher Ramsay score and a lower visual analog score,which was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Patients in the study group had a shorter wake-up time and a lower incidence of adverse reactions,which was statistically significant compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of dexmedetomidine hydrochloride for sedation and analgesia in intensive care patients has a good effect,can shorten the wake-up time,and is relatively safe,and has high application value.
