自拟醒脾养胃中药膏治疗儿童厌食症

Clinical study on the effect of the self-made Xingpi Yangwei Ointment in the treatment of anorexia in children

目的观察自拟醒脾养胃中药膏治疗儿童厌食症的效果。方法选择厌食症患儿98例,随机分为对照组与醒脾养胃组,各49例。对照组予白苓健脾颗粒治疗,醒脾养胃组予自拟醒脾养胃中药膏治疗。对比治疗前后患儿症状积分,检测2组血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_(3))、甲状腺素(T_(4))及神经肽Y(NPY)、促食欲素、瘦素水平,记录患儿体质量指数(BMI)及体质量变化情况,进行疗效评估,统计不良反应。结果治疗后,醒脾养胃组血清T_(3)、T_(4)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),促食欲素、NPY水平显著高于对照组,瘦素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,醒脾养胃组症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,醒脾养胃组体质量及BMI显著高于对照组(P<0.05);醒脾养胃组总有效率(91.84%,45/49)显著高于对照组(75.51%,37/49)(P<0.05);2组进行肝、肾、心功能检测,患者均未发生严重不良反应。结论自拟醒脾养胃中药膏治疗儿童厌食症,可显著改善患儿体质量,减轻厌食、食量少等症状,并可促进甲状腺激素水平恢复,安全性高,机制可能与改善患儿瘦素、NPY等食欲调节因子有关。

Objective To observe the effect of the self-made Xingpi Yangwei Ointment in the treatment of anorexia in children.Methods A total of 98 children with anorexia were randomly divided into a control group and a Xingpi Yangwei group,each with 49 children.The control group was treated with the Bailing Jianpi Granules,while the Xingpi Yangwei group was treated with the self-made Xingpi Yangwei Ointment.The symptom scores of the children in both groups were compared before and after treatment,the levels of serum triiodothyronine(T_(3)),thyroxine(T_(4)),neuropeptide Y(NPY),orexin and leptin in the two groups were measured,the changes in the children’s body mass index(BMI)and body mass were recorded,the therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was evaluated and their adverse reactions were counted.Results After treatment,the levels of serum T_(3),T_(4),orexin and NPY in the Xingpi Yangwei group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the leptin level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores in the Xingpi Yangwei group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the body mass and BMI in the Xingpi Yangwei group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the Xingpi Yangwei group(91.84%,45/49)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.51%,37/49)(P<0.05).The liver,kidney,and heart function tests were performed,and there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion In the treatment of anorexia in children,the self-made Xingpi Yangwei Ointment can significantly improve the patients’body mass,alleviate symptoms such as anorexia and lower appetite,and promote the recovery of thyroid hormone levels,with a higher safety and effectiveness,whose mechanism may be related to the improvement of leptin,NPY and other appetite regulating factors in children.
