This paper introduces the idea of syndrome differentiation and treatment of repeated implantation failures assisted by the combination of acupuncture and medicine.Before pregnancy,the combination of acupuncture and medicine is applied to prevent an implantation failure by tonifying the kidney and invigorating the spleen,dispersing stagnated liver qi and nourishing blood,and coordinating Chong and Conception vessels,while pairing a disease differentiation with a syndrome differentiation.After pregnancy,the combination of acupuncture and medicine is applied to tonify the kidney for preventing a miscarriage and to benefit qi for consolidating a fetus,treating diseases and preventing a miscarriage simultaneously.At the same time,patients are asked to adjust their moods.In this practice,the idea of preventive treatment of diseases is used throughout the prevention and treatment of RIF.
