蛋白质组学技术在探析抑郁症潜在生物标志物的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 抑郁症的发病原因不明、致病因素多样、发病机制复杂,日益成为严重危害人类身心健康的神经精神障碍疾病,为国家医疗支出增添了巨大负担。近些年,随着蛋白质组学技术的不断成熟,抑郁症发病机制的探索广泛与蛋白质组学技术相结合并取得了一定成果,为阐明其发病机理提供新的方向和思路,回顾既往的研究报道,本综述着眼于抑郁症生物标志物主流假说,从脑组织、脑脊液、海马组织、下丘脑、外周血、尿液、肠道菌群对其中潜在标志物在蛋白质组学领域的研究进行总结,从蛋白质组学角度拓宽对抑郁症生理病理机制的认知。 Depression,with its unknown cause,diverse pathogenic factors and complex pathogenesis,has increasingly become a neuropsychiatric disorder that seriously endangers the physical and mental health of patients,adding a huge burden to the national medical expenditures.In recent years,with the increasing maturity of the proteomics technology,the exploration on the pathogenesis of depression has been widely combined with it,and some achievements have been made in this respect,providing new directions and ideas for clarifying the pathogenesis of depression.Reviewing the previous research reports,this paper focuses on the mainstream hypothesis of depression biomarkers,and summarizes the research of potential biomarkers in the proteomics field from brain tissues,cerebrospinal fluids,hippocampus,hypothalamus,peripheral blood,urine and intestinal flora,with a view to broadening the understanding of the physiological and pathological mechanisms of depression from the perspective of proteomics.
