日前电力现货市场的调度计划综合校正 被引量:2

摘要 充分挖掘机组的调度计划校正潜力,有助于增强调度机构对市场出清可靠性的保障能力,为此,提出一种现货市场条件下日前调度计划综合校正的方法。首先,利用带松弛约束的静态安全距离的计算结果,评估市场预出清的安全越限程度以及非市场化机组消除越限的可行性;然后,考虑机组调节能力以及安全距离灵敏度系数,量化分析各台机组对消除安全越限的有效程度,据此构建日前调度计划综合校正的模型与方法。最后,基于某区域市场模拟运行边界的算例结果表明:带松弛约束的静态安全距离计算结果能直接反映非市场化机组的校正潜力及其局限性,更好地确定越限严重场景下的校正机组的范围;相比于将全部机组直接纳入调度计划校正的结果,所提方法各时段校正机组的数目更少,体现了静态安全距离原理在安全校正应用中的全局性优势。由此验证了所提方法能进一步增强调度计划校正的潜力,保障现货市场下的电网安全经济运行。 It is helpful to enhance the supporting capability of dispatch department for market clearing reliability by exploiting the dispatch plan correction potential of units.Therefore,this paper proposes a day-ahead dispatch plan correction method under spot market.Firstly,based on the calculation result of steady-state security distance(SSD)with relaxed security constraints,the degree of security violation of market pre-clearing and the feasibility to eliminate the violation by non-market units was evaluated.Then,the effetiveness to eliminate the violation of each unit was quantitatively analyzed considering the adjusted ability and security distance sensitivity,and the model and method of day-ahead dispatch plan correction was constructed.Finally,results of case study based on area market simulated operation conditions indicated that:the result of SSD calculation considering relaxed constraints could reveal the correction potential and limitation of nonmarket units,which is instructive for corrected units selection under severe security violation.And the number of corrected units by method proposed in this paper is less compared with the method by including all the units in dispatch plan correction,which also verifies the grobality of SSD method in security correction.It could be verified that the proposed method is helpful to improve the correction potential of dispatch plan and ensure the economic and security operation of power grid under spot market.
