摘要
通过将仓内进出粮共用溜管与仓外移动式散粮装车装置等有序结合,设计出散装楼房仓楼上廒间进出粮系统,有效解决了散装楼房仓楼上廒间出粮的难题,实现楼房仓进粮与楼上廒间出粮和装车作业的机械化,达到简化工艺、降低设备投资、减少人工作业量、提高作业效率的目的。
In this paper,a kind of grain loading and unloading system used for multi-storied warehouse for bulk grain was introduced,which combied the loading and unloading shared chute inside the warehouse and the mobile bulk grain loading device outside the warehouse together,and solved the problem of grain unloading in the upstairs granary of multi-storied warehouse.The new system realized the mechanization of granary grain inloading and upstairs granary grain unloading operations,and finally simplified the operation process,reduced the equipment investment and the manual work as well as improved the whole loading and unloading operation efficiency.
