高大平房仓内壁环流控温系统的设计与应用

摘要 针对在高温高湿地区仓房受太阳光照辐射的影响,导致仓壁四周粮温高,从而加快粮食品质的劣变,引起水分转移、滋生虫霉等问题,粮库开发了内壁环流控温系统。根据试验仓和对照仓的对比试验,高大平房仓在常规贮藏作业条件下,采用内壁环流控温系统,能明显改善控温储粮效果,提高控温效率,节能降耗,延缓粮食品质变化。 This paper aim at high temperature and high humidity areas,the grain piles around the granary wall are the weak parts of safe grain storage during summer.The granary is affected by solar radiation,and the high grain temperature accelerates the rate of grain quality deterioration.Moisture transfer,breeding of insects and molds,etc,so we developed the circulation temperature control system in circular granary wall of tall and large granary.According to the comparison granary test,under the conventional storage conditions of tall and large bungalow granary,the use of the internal circulation temperature control system in the ring granary wall can improve the temperature control operation effect,improve the temperature control efficiency,and delay the change of grain quality.
