北京市17家郊区医院恶性肿瘤服务能力及化疗质量现况调研

Investigation of Malignant Tumor Service Capacity and Chemotherapy Quality in 17 Suburban Hospitals in Beijing

目的了解北京市郊区部分二级及以上医院恶性肿瘤服务能力及化疗质量现状,探讨主要问题及解决方案。方法由北京市肿瘤质控中心组织质控检查专家组现场采集数据并分析调查医院肿瘤科设置、人力资源、肿瘤诊疗服务、远程医疗平台建设等情况,同时随机抽取每家医院2020年1月-10月肿瘤化疗住院病历进行检查,所得数据使用Excel和SPSS 23.0软件进行处理和描述性统计分析。结果基层医院肿瘤服务资源配置相对不足,肿瘤化疗过程及用药管理存在诸多问题。结论肿瘤服务资源配置应偏向基层医院;加强医疗质量管理制度建设,规范病历书写;组织化疗培训及药师培训,规范化疗用药。

Objective To investigate the status quo of service capacity and chemotherapy quality for malignant tumor in some secondary or higher hospitals in the suburbs of Beijing,and to explore the main problems and solutions.Methods Beijing Cancer Quality Control Center organized a quality control inspection expert group to collect data on site and analyze and investigate the settings of oncology departments,human resources,oncdogy diagnosis and treatment services,telemedicine platform construction,etc.Furthermore,medical records of tumor chemotherapy inpatients in each hospital from January to October 2020 were randomly selected for examination.Excel and SPSS 23.0 software were used for descriptive statistical analysis.Results The resource allocation of tumor service in primary hospitals was relatively insufficient.There were still many problems in the process of tumor chemotherapy and drug management.Conclusion The allocation of tumor service resources should pay more attention to primary hospitals.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of medical quality management system,standardize the writing of medical records;to organize chemotherapy training and pharmacist training,standardize chemotherapy medication.
