摘要
目的:综述当前流行病学中营养和饮食与炎症性肠病发病、缓解和治疗之间的研究证据,强调饮食和营养在炎症性肠病病程中的重要性,为炎症性肠病患者膳食指南的制定提供一定的依据。方法:使用系统文献检索的方法,以炎症性肠病、饮食和营养等为关键词在中国知网、PubMed检索相应文献,针对营养与饮食在炎症性肠病中的作用作以综述。结果:蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物与炎症性肠病的发生发展有着重要关联;微量营养素缺乏在炎症性肠病患者中较为常见;部分多酚类植物化学物可作为炎症性肠病的辅助治疗手段;针对炎症性肠病患者特殊设计的饮食计划的实施需要考虑患者的个体差异。结论:饮食和营养是炎症性肠病患者综合管理的重要组成部分,合理的营养支持和饮食干预可能成为炎症性肠病的潜在治疗策略。
[Objective]To review the current epidemiological research evidence between nutrition and diet and the onset,remission and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease,emphasizing the importance of diet and nutrition in the course of inflammatory bowel disease,and provide certain recommendations for the development of dietary guidelines for inflammatory bowel disease patients.[Method]The method of systematic literature search was used,literatures were searched in CNKI and Pub Med with the keywords of inflammatory bowel disease,diet and nutrition,etc.,and the roles of nutrition and diet in inflammatory bowel disease were reviewed.[Result]Proteins,fats and carbohydrates were closely related to the occurrence and development of inflammatory bowel disease;micronutrients deficiency was common in inflammatory bowel disease patients;some polyphenolic phytochemicals can be used as adjuvant therapy for inflammatory bowel disease;the implementation of a specially designed dietary plan for inflammatory bowel disease patients requires consideration of individual differences.[Conclusion]Diet and nutrition are significant parts of the comprehensive management of inflammatory bowel disease patients,and favorable nutritional support and dietary intervention may become potential treatment strategies for inflammatory bowel disease.
