不同强度健步走对稳定期系统性红斑狼疮患者生活质量的影响

Effects of brisk walking at different intensities on quality of life in patients with stable systemic lupus erythematosus

目的探讨不同强度健步走对稳定期系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)患者生活质量的影响。方法将90例稳定期SLE患者随机分为低强度持续健步走组、中强度持续健步走组、高强度间歇健步走组,对比干预前后疲劳严重程度评估量表(fatigue severity scale,FSS)及健康调查简表36(36-item short from health survey,SF-36),多元线性回归分析疲乏的影响因素。结果高强度间歇健步走组患者退出率最高,为20%。干预后,三组患者的FSS评分均下降,分别为(5.45±0.38)、(4.81±0.86)、(3.93±0.38),其中高强度间歇健步走组最低(P<0.05)。躯体疼痛、精力及情感职能评分分别为(71.59±9.11)、(61.55±9.17)、(70.12±18.5),其中中强度持续健步走组最高(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示不同强度健步走、心室射血分数是疲乏的影响因素。结论中强度持续健步走是稳定期SLE患者最合适的健步走方式。

Objective To investigate the effects of brisk walking at different intensities on quality of life in patients with stable systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods 90 stable SLE patients admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into low-intensity brisk walking group,moderate-intensity brisk walking group,and high-intensity brisk walking group.The fatigue severity scale(FSS)and 36-item short from health survey(SF-36)score were compared among the three groups after different intensities intervention.Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the factors influencing the fatigue index.Results The high-intensity group had the highest dropout rate(20%).After intervention,the FSS scores of the three groups decreased to(5.45±0.38),(4.81±0.86),and(3.93±0.38),and the high-intensity group had the lowest score(P<0.05).The physical pain,energy,and emotional functions were(71.59±9.11),(61.55±9.17),and(70.12±18.5),the highest is in the moderate-intensity group(P<0.05).Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that walking with different intensities and ventricular ejection fraction were the influencing factors of FSS score.Conclusion Moderate-intensity brisk walking is the most suitable brisk walking for SLE patients.
