摘要 高迁移率族(high-mobility group,HMG)蛋白是一组于1973年首次被发现的非组蛋白核蛋白,因其在聚丙烯凝胶电泳中具有较高迁移率而得名。其中,高迁移率族蛋白B1(high-mobility group box 1,HMGB1)是研究最为深入的HMG蛋白,广泛分布于绝大多数真核生物细胞中,除了协助维持核小体完整性、促进基因转录外,HMGB1还被认为是一种损伤相关分子模式(damage-associated molecular pattern,DAMP),具备有效感知和协调细胞应激反应的能力,参与感染、炎症过程、免疫反应、缺血再灌注损伤、肿瘤的发生发展与转移等多种病理生理学活动。近年来HMGB1在皮肤疾病中的研究逐渐深入,本文综述HMGB1在皮肤疾病中的研究进展。 High-mobility group(HMG)proteins is one group of non-histone nuclear proteins,which discovered for the first time in 1973.It was named for its high mobility in polypropylene gel electrophoresis.Among them,high-mobility group box 1(HMGB1)is the most intensively studied HMG protein,which is widely distributed in most eukaryotic cells.In addition to being able to maintain nucleosome integrity and promote gene transcription,HMGB1 is also considered as a damage-associated molecular pattern(DAMP),which owns the ability to effectively sense and coordinate cellular stress responses and participates in a variety of pathophysiological activities such as infection,inflammatory process,immune response,ischemia-reperfusion injury as well as the occurrence and development of tumor and its metastasis.In recent years,there were many researches focused on the role of HMGB1 in pathogenesis of skin diseases.The progress on research of HMGB1 in skin diseases were summarized in this review.
